How do I use a
Conditioner Bar?
Just rub the conditioner bar directly onto your wet hair, and gently massage. Rinse your hair thoroughly, and be sure to allow your bar to dry completely between uses. That's it!

Why all the fuss?
By going solid, we’re concentrating the good stuff and eliminating the water. One bar of our solid shampoo or conditioner can take the place of as many as three plastic bottles. Over the course of a year, that’s a lot fewer bottles destined for the landfill, and far less fuel emissions than would otherwise be created by shipping all that water weight around.

Did you know that typical liquid conditioners can be as much as 95% water? By going solid and eliminating the water, our concentrated conditioner bars contain only the effective, all-natural ingredients you need for stronger, shinier, healthier hair.
Reducing the water also means reducing the waste. Annually, 80 billion plastic bottles are manufactured into existence for liquid shampoo and conditioners alone. Our packaging is plastic-free, and uses only 100% post-consumer recycled content.

How do I store my conditioner bar?
The best place to store a shampoo or conditioner bar is on a soap dish, so it can drain & air dry properly between uses. The ingredients are water-activated, so if the bar remains wet it will soften and break down prematurely. The key to making your bar last as long as possible is to keep it dry when not in use.
How many washes can I get from a conditioner bar?
How long your bar lasts will depend on the length and thickness of your hair, how often you wash, and how you care for your bar.
On average, our bars should last for as many as 75 washes.
Because our conditioner bars are highly concentrated, you should be able to get as many washes out of them as 3 regular bottles of liquid conditioner, with no plastic bottle to dispose of afterward.
What is the shelf life of a conditioner bar?
We recommend that you use our bars within a year of purchase. Be sure to keep them in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to use them. Truthfully, you can store them for longer and it won’t have any impact on their effectiveness, but you may notice the scent start to fade, and the colour change slightly.
Once you start using a bar, be sure to store it in a way that will permit it to dry thoroughly between uses. A soap dish with proper drainage is ideal.
