All online orders are shipped via Canada Post and are sent out within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday) of being received, with the exception of public holidays.

FREE Shipping is available for Canadian orders of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts (not including gift cards), and of $99 or more in the USA.

Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders consisting of solely Laundry Detergent Eco-Strips are shipped via Canada Post LetterMail and therefore tracking is unavailable.

Return policy

Not happy with your purchase? We'll help you find your perfect match, or return it for a full refund.

We want you to love our products. Before purchasing, if you have any questions that will help you decide which product is best for you, please get in touch – we'd love to hear from you.

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we'll happily issue you a full refund*. This is a one-time offer intended to provide you with the opportunity to try a product with confidence.

For online purchases made directly from Good Juju, you may request a refund to the original form of payment (less shipping costs) within 15 days of receiving your product. Please email us at support@hellogoodjuju.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Good Juju reserves the right to request the product be shipped back to us at Good Juju’s expense and does not assume responsibility for lost or misdirected returns. Please note that clearance items, as well as short-dated and expired product are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Yes, orders can be shipped to PO Boxes.

Yes, we ship all items together at one time where possible. If any items are out of stock, we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items. You will only be charged for items we ship to you.

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email containing your tracking number so you can track your order.

Once parcels are collected from our shipping department, they are then property of Canada Post. Good Juju is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. Please email us at support@hellogoodjuju.com

Good Juju is not responsible for return shipping if a customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and the correct postal code.

For product purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, send us an email at support@hellogoodjuju.com within one hour of placing it and we'll do our very best to accommodate you.

Offers & Promotions must be redeemed within the specified period. Once expired, there will be no rainchecks. Offers & Promotions cannot be combined – our checkout system will only allow one coupon code or automatic discount to be applied at a time.

Please Note:

** If your package is lost in transit, this is the issue of the shipping company used. We will do our best to accommodate the issue, but we do need to file a claim. Your patience during these circumstances is appreciated!

** It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a safe location for your package to be delivered to. If a package is successfully delivered, but then stolen from your porch/location, Good Juju can not be held responsible. Please only ship your order to a secure location, whether that be an office or a family/friends house.

**Canada Post does not operate over the weekends. All orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be shipped out until Monday.
