All online orders are sent out within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday) of being received, with the exception of public holidays.

Flat-Rate: $9.99 within Canada and the contiguous U.S.A.

FREE Shipping is available for orders of $49 or more before taxes and after discounts (not including gift cards) shipping within Canada and the contiguous U.S.

For orders outside of Canada or the contiguous U.S.A., shipping will be calculated at checkout according to destination and order size.

Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders consisting of solely Laundry Detergent Strips are shipped via Letter Mail and therefore tracking is unavailable.

Good Juju is not responsible for stolen packages scanned as delivered. Please ensure your order was shipped to a secure address and that you track your package closely. Tracking details and a link will be sent to you as soon as your order ships, with further notifications when your package is out for delivery and scanned as delivered. Please keep a lookout!

For online purchases made directly from Good Juju, you may request a refund to the original form of payment (less shipping costs) within 15 days of receiving your product.* Please email us at support@hellogoodjuju.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Product must be received back to our warehouse within 30 days of customer receiving the product. Good Juju does not cover the cost of shipping returns.

Good Juju does not assume responsibility for lost or misdirected returns. Please note that clearance items, as well as short-dated and expired product are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Yes, we ship all items together at one time where possible. If any items are out of stock, we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items. You will only be charged for items we ship to you.
