All online orders are sent out within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday) of being received, with the exception of public holidays.
Flat-Rate: $9.99 within Canada and the contiguous U.S.A.
FREE Shipping is available for orders of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts (not including gift cards) shipping within Canada and the contiguous U.S.
For orders outside of Canada or the contiguous U.S.A., shipping will be calculated at checkout according to destination and order size.
Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders consisting of solely Laundry Detergent Strips are shipped via Letter Mail and therefore tracking is unavailable.
Good Juju is not responsible for stolen packages scanned as delivered. Please ensure your order was shipped to a secure address and that you track your package closely. Tracking details and a link will be sent to you as soon as your order ships, with further notifications when your package is out for delivery and scanned as delivered. Please keep a lookout!

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly issue a full refund, less a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee. This one-time offer is designed to give you the confidence to try something new.
For online purchases made directly from Good Juju, you may request a refund to the original form of payment (less shipping costs) within 15 days of receiving your product.* Please email us at support@hellogoodjuju.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Product must be received back to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order. Good Juju does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Good Juju does not assume responsibility for lost or misdirected returns. Please note that clearance items, as well as short-dated and expired product are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
**A Note About Scent
We appreciate that scent is a deeply personal experience — what one person loves, another may not. Because scent preference is entirely subjective, returns based solely on personal scent preference are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We encourage customers to review all product descriptions and ingredient information prior to purchasing. If you have any questions about a product’s scent profile, please reach out before ordering — we’re happy to help!

**A Note About The Hair Elixir**
The Hair Elixir is a treatment designed to nourish your scalp and support healthy hair growth over time. Because hair growth is a gradual process, most customers begin noticing visible improvements after 3–4 months of consistent use.
For this reason, The Hair Elixir is not eligible for return within the standard 15-day refund window based on performance or growth results alone. We encourage you to give it the time it needs to work its magic.
Your safety and comfort are incredibly important to us. If you experience an allergic reaction or unusual sensitivity, please discontinue use immediately and contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at support@hellogoodjuju.com. We’re here to support you and will review your request with care.
